We managed a couple of projects for Hall Estill Attorneys at Law. One project included an expansion of the firms current office space onto the thirtieth floor of the Cotter Ranch Tower (formerly Chase Tower) in Oklahoma City. Our scope included gutting about two-thirds of the thirtieth floor and constructing about 10,000 sq ft of new office space. The other project included a complete lobby and conference room renovation on the twenty ninth floor. For both projects, all materials and debris were transported through the freight elevator to the basement. Some work was done at night to accommodate other building tenants.
